To chat you need a browser that can view JAVA... If you don't know what JAVA is, just relax, most of you have browsers that support it. But if you go to the chatroom and it tells you that you can't view JAVA, then you might have to download a newer browser. I recommend you go to:

Most probably though, you have a java-enabled browser, but the java might be turned off. Click on "edit" on your browser menu and change your preferences to turn it back on.
